Japanese to English translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Automotive / Cars & Trucks
Japanese term or phrase: なめ強度, なめトルク
These phrases appear a few times in an automotive document I'm working on with very little context. Examples:

著しいなめ強度低下なし

スピンドルとのなめトルクを測定

I'm wondering if maybe the author means "滑らかな強度"/"滑らかなトルク" instead, but I'm not feeling 100% confident about this.

Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you.
