The translation for 調整 can vary depending on the original text, but from the context that you provided, I imagine that "settings" would be most appropriate. |

I think this refers to an internal group, or department, that uses the work that the writer's group performs. 調整 is a word often used in business to mean to consult. When there are differences in opinions, etc., people 調整 to have a concensus. すり合わせ is another word used in the same situation. |
