to prevent degrading, 特定画面の打鍵をするということですが、"そのコントロールが使われている画面をいくつか動かしてみる"というのをどう表現していいかわかりません。　Can someone help me on this?? Thank you!!

navigate to some of the pages where these controls appear, and verify/check their function.

とか、もっと簡単に、

verify their correct behavior within the some of the pages where they are placed.

のように書けると思います。
verify the function =　動作確認　です。「動かしてみる」の、「～てみる」まで伝えたければ、

test to verify their function.
などでも良いでしょう。

VBコントロールはユーザーコントロールなので、確かにおっしゃるとおり、「打鍵＝キーストローク」を表現する必要はないでしょうね。

画面に「page」をあてていますが、webアプリケーションでなければ、windows でもOKです。
