Licensor Explanation: I'm a little confused by your post. It says Japanese to English, but the source term is not in Japanese. Neither of the terms you supplied in English are spelled correctly. If you check Merriam-Webster you will see that both Licensor and Licenser are accepted spellings, but if you google both you'll see 2.3 million instances for Licensor and only 344,000 for Licenser.
