Japanese term or phrase: 相対
I am translating a file which has a description of an excel Macro. In this Macro, 相対 is used as a function with the following syntax.

相対(A1, row, 0)

I am unable to figure out the corresponding function name in English for 相対. Any suggestions?

【英】relative cell reference

Notes to answerer
Asker: Cinefilさん, "relative" was my first guess too. However, I am not sure if that is the correct function name. I searched quite a lot, however, I didn't come across any function called RELATIVE in MS Excel. The file that I am working on uses other functions like 条件付合計 (SUMIF in English) and 論理和 (OR in English) just like 相対. There are plenty of references for SUMIF and OR on the Internet, but almost none for RELATIVE.
