To remove imported (or dutiable) goods from a bonded area

Explanation:
In some countries such as the U.S. and Canada, “customs bonded warehouses” refer to 保税地域 , and in general, a bonded area(s) refer(s) to the same. 総保出 is to remove the imported or dutiable goods from the bonded area(s). The goods can be transferred to one bonded area to another, in which case you use proper verb, of course.

Example sentence(s):
  • Foreign goods removed from a bonded area are subject to consumption tax.

neutral  Nathan Takase: Sorry for the cross-post. Add "integrated" and I would agree that this sounds right depending on context. If you wanted to use the Japan Customs terminology, I would go with Oikawa-san's Integrated Customs Area, though.

...from (an) integrated customs area

Explanation:
This was pretty much addressed in your question about 総保入, but this basically just means that something is leaving the integrated customs area (総合保税地域). You haven't provided any context so we can't give you a very good answer, but I'm only really seeing this term used with (蔵出/移出/総保出)輸入. In this case, it would be something like import from (an) integrated customs area. It basically means that there is something that has been sitting in an integrated customs area and someone has decided to pay the customs duties, etc. and have it imported into the country.

neutral  Nathan Takase: Most of these seem right, but the IAC one just sounds strange and I couldn't find any other occurrences of "integrated area consumption". ISW and IMW are clear. Found the acronyms on the Japan Customs site, but no explanation.
