Block passing compression-type dead end clamp Explanation: For the purpose of labor saving in overhead wire installation, the span of the tower to be constructed is measured precisely in advance, while the length with the dip of the electric wire to be installed taken into consideration is precisely measured in the factory, and the compression clamp is connected by compression to both ends of the wire in the installation site to manufacture the prefabricated wire. Then, this prefabricated wire is installed. At the time of installation of the prefabricated wire, a wire rope is connected to the compression clamp of the wire end to pass the block suspended to the tower arm, but when simply passing through the block, a sudden bend of the wire occurs at the end of the compression clamp to cause the problem of damaging the wire. In order to prevent the sudden bending of this wire, various methods are being developed and the block passing compression-type dead end clamp is one of them. |
