This is the line on the outside of the vacuum cleaner that tells you when it is time to dump the dirt. I translated it as "dump line," but perhaps someone has a better (or the correct) word for it?

neutral  David Eunice: Indicator sounds like an LED comes on. The question was about a line. So "dust full line" sounds good to me. "Full dust indicator line" sounds unnatural. "Full dust" sounds like "completely functioning dust" (indicator). [LATER]Maybe ??"dust full line"
