What did you emphasize in executing your role(s)? Explanation: I think 意識 is used as "focus" (concentration of attention). In case "What was your focus in executing your role(s)" leads to only one answer, I changed it to "What did you emphasize?" to welcome more than one answer. "What did you pay attention to?" is OK, but it's a bit too broad and less forceful. Since the question is preceded by "What part(s) did you play in those activities?", そこで refers to the part(s) the person played. Hence, I translated it as "your role(s)". Possible answers to this evaluation question could be, for example, achieving the target, punctuality, precision, speediness, good communication with others, etc. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 14 hrs (2015-06-27 04:32:21 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Another option is "What was important to you in executing your role(s)?" What did You realize during that activities ? Explanation: Maybe, as the result of that activities, man could make some conclusions for himself ? But phrase itself is wrong-structured. Of course, there are conscious action + unconscious action. I doubt very much, that question is " what was your conscious action there?" |
