Japanese term or phrase: 問いませんので
I am translating a speech addressed to the employees of the company by the president.

The context is as follows.

Here I am unable to understand what 問いませんので means.

I guess it is irrespective of the contents.

Can anyone tell me what exactly it means.

内容は問いませんので、さまざまな課題がある中から自分で目標を決めてください。その目標を上司と共有し、上司は必ずそれをサポートしてください。

English translation:It is up to you what the goal is about
Explanation:
While the President tells employees to set a goal, he says the content of the goal is all up to each employee; there is no guideline from the management regarding the content. In other words, the employees are free to set any goal to tackle the various issues they have.
