Japanese term or phrase: 潔さを感じません。
OOなどは良いんだか悪いんだかよくわかりません。潔さを感じません。

I am unsure of the final part of this: 潔さを感じません。

English translation:vague
Explanation:
潔い is a very contextual word in Japanese, and it can be translated into English in many different ways. Considering the previous sentence "I am not sure if it is either good or bad," I would continue to say, "It is just vague."

I see the context of the original paragraph now. Then, "uncool" would work, too.

I don't feel it's clear-cut and final.

Explanation:
I am sure this can be translated into English in many ways using different words, and others have already given you good suggestions. I felt it'd be better to show through the use of this 潔さ the sense of "finality and confidence" in selecting names for software programs.

cannot think of better decision

Explanation:
will you please more information, please?
[潔さ] could be translated into any word in Japanese depending on the phrase.

All and the best what I can suggest here is "cannot think of better decisionz" or "cannot think of the firm decision".
You probably know already what "潔さ" means: the determinded action/thoughts. However, depending on the contents, I might be able to give you a better suggestion...............hopefully.

Trust me; I know hwat I know what I'm deal with ;)
Good luck and I'll be here for you anytime to help you.

Thank you for information, Mr. cambstutor.
To be honest with you, I thought you were translating much more "professional" texts, rather than "conversational"....
Okay then, you find my first suggestion was good enough (I really appreciate that), but you can also "add" as previous sentence like "I don't go for any of those combination as I simply cannot cannot judge what it the best".
We always have difficulties with Katakana words, right? I presume it's one of such cases. I do not care this person says, but as my opinion, unless it is something published to the world (which means anyone who has no knowledge of IT, like me ;p), then it could be a problem. However, as far as I'm concerned, this sentence is mere an opinion from one ignorant person. So, I think you can choose any of those I or any other uses suggested to combine the best with your previous sentence. If you need ANY help at all, please do not hesitate to contact me. Katakana words are one of the topic I focus on as my own studies (as teacher of Japanese...). And Happy to discuss about this issue.
Hope I can help you somehow :)
Good luck!!

"I do not feel determination in Japanese languase".

My principal is "natural sounding" (target) language. So, I suggest you an example, but I would rather 'add as previous sentence like "I don't go for any of those combination as I simply cannot cannot judge what it the best' kind of thing, which does not change the meanings, but (could be) more natural as English. You are the best judge for that.
As I wrote above, please do not hesitate if I could help you.
best regrads,
Nekonote

P.S. "潔さ" here means just "determination" regarding adopting Englsih word or sticking to (converint into) very original Japanese word.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank your for your explanation. Here is the complete paragraph, which might give you some more background. <BR><BR> In short, it is a discussion on the naming of software and its features, and the terminology used in the software. So I think your translation is correct, or something like "I cannot think of a better choice."<BR><BR> 私は名称が難しくても何となくカッコいいから良しとしています。<BR> パルスアップデート、ノートンインサイト、アイドルタイムスキャン、セーフウェブなどなど<BR> 逆に下手に日本語とカタカナを組み合わせない方がいいように感じます。<BR> インサイト保護とか、アプリケーション評価などは良いんだか悪いんだかよくわかりません。潔さを感じません。

潔さ

Explanation:
"They don't feel manly enough" Would be my horrible English rendition of this word, but I think my listeners would know what i am talking about. But I think that the 違和感 that the author feels is due to the hackneyed coupling of Japanese and fake English. To me it lacks ingenuity.
They just don't feel genuine.

they dont click

Explanation:
Actually I quite like the chosen answer of "vague" but I thought I might offer up another version as well. Depending on the formality of the discussion, I might say
"I dont really know whether names like such and such are good or not. But I dont feel like they really click" where click is used to describe something that fits together well. or you might just say that "I don`t have a clear feeling on either"
