peer agreement (net): +1| 一定の報告 report(s) that meet(s) the requirement of the law Explanation: To be honest, I am not sure what this Japanese sentence is saying. If 畜産物について一定の報告を行った者、instead of うけた者, then I can comprehend. The way (so far) I understand is -- due to a new type of natural disaster the legislature is compelled to modify existing law (albeit temporary as it says 暫定措置法) related to loan regulation. Or new needs have arisen to provide relief to the victims of natural disaster previously not covered by the law. Then the victim must petition or file to be recognized as 被害農業者 to the authority. Then it is not the victim who ***recieve うけた者*** the report. The receiver must be the regulator or those in authority, not the victims. This is what throws me out. In any event, the whole idea seems to be that the victims must report the damages they suffered from the disaster, so that they will be acknowledged as such, qualified for the relief money. Thereby they have to report their loss that meets the requirements for the loan under the law. Have I helped you, or further confused you? Hope not the latter. |
