Capital xxxx tenthousands yen


Explanation:
I do not know what you mean with: Specifically, according to Japanese practice!!

However, when I see this, to me, it can only mean a capital of xxx of tens of thousands of yen.

資本金 (shinhonkin) is the word for capital
万円 (man'en) is the word for ten thousand yen.

so:

資本金 1234 万円 is:

a capital of 1234*10,000 yen. Or, in English: 12,340,000 yen.

万 (man) stands for 10,000. NOT for 1,000.
