Sorry I'm not looking into detail, but I observe it's classified as the same item as what is called 固定資産税, that is, "fixed asset tax" and so on, as tsumura san mentioned.

そのまま対応している項目というものがなければ、基本的にはいろいろとあり得るかとは思うのですが、他のいくつかの言い方に比べグーグル ヒットが多かったという理由で、挙げてみます。ご参考まで。
