(Company name)'s Exhibit 1 Explanation: When the parties don't match, or exceed, clearly defined relationships, such as Plaintiff/defendant, lessor/lessee, I often find it is clearer to use names, or abbreviated versions of names. So, for example, "Toyota Exhibit 1," and so on. |
