Japanese term or phrase: 勾留理由開示期日表
Found on a legal form along with 期日指定の日 and 期日通知の日. I'm ok with individual definitions of the Kanji compounds, but struggling with how to put in into a title that isn't cumbersome, like "Reason for Confinement Disclosure Settlement Date Chart". The chart is full of spaces for dates and seals to be recorded. I suppose I'm a little unclear as to what is being recorded - the date of the disclosure of the reason for confinement? With the other references to "kijitsu" I suppose the disclosure is the key point.

Anyway, suggestions are weclomed, particularly for a good translation of "kijitsu" that will work for all three of these phrases. (^_-)

"detention" is used for "勾留", and "date" is fine for "期日".

"indication" or "disclosure" will be used for "開示", according to the following pages.

agree  Andrew Wille (X): I think "disclosure" is best. Also, rather than "date chart" it may just be "date of disclosure".
