Bus/Financial - Management
Japanese term or phrase: 一体的立場
Hi everyone,

This term appears in the employment regulations of a large company. In defining the term 所属長 (as opposed to 社員), the regulations stipulate that 所属長 must be, among other conditions, 経営陣と一体的立場にある者. Does this simply mean that they must be in a managerial position? I'm struggling to find a more literal translation ("integral" or "consistent" position doesn't seem to make much sense...).

Any suggestions will be appreciated - thanks in advance!

integral part
Explanation:
If you used part instead of position, it could make sense.

For example, must be an integral part of the manageent structure.

Just a thought!
