Japanese term or phrase: 幹部職
I am quite perplexed on how to translate this term. Initially, I translated 幹部職 to "manager". However, in the same document, I encountered 部門管理者 which I translated to "department manager". Now I wonder, which of the two has a higher rank, and if I should render 幹部職 as "division manager" or "group leader" in relation to 部門管理者.

agree  Muneharu Ota: 幹部職 is in general a position responsible for the company's business performance (including divisional) as well as management (ditto) in a broad sense. I think '幹部職’ should be translated into 'officers', in a broad sense.
