I guess, "各フレーム期間分におけるライン期間分" can be translated like "part of ligne period within each period of time frame".
It can possibly be that ライン is not a "line", but a "ligne" (http://eow.alc.co.jp/ライン/UTF-8/) if the text you are translating has something to do with time and watches.
