Japanese term or phrase: こ分
5.4 ÷ 3
5.4 は 0.1 の ___ こ分だから、___ ÷ 3 = ___ より、0.1 が ___ こ分です。

I understand the basic meaning of the term (how many 0.1 "parts" make 5.4, or that 0.1 taken 54 times makes 5.4), but this is for a fifth-grade document, and I'm having difficulty thinking of how to phrase this in English in a manner that's appropriate for the age level. Is there a simple English term that I'm forgetting from elementary-school mathematics?

Thanks for any help.
