Japanese term or phrase: 副鼻腔うっ血
I know that 副鼻腔 "nasal sinus" and うっ血 is congestion, but if I say "nasal sinus congestion", it seems like that sounds like mucus congestion rather than blood. Does anyone know what this should be in English?
