[compounds which are known] to cause drug-induced liver injury Explanation: You need to take 薬剤誘起性肝障害を引き起こすことが with 既知な化合物であるacetaminophenとtxoglitazone. 「X (verb)することが既知なY (noun) 」= 「X (verb)することが既に知られているY (noun)」 So acetaminophen and troglitazone are not exactly ‘known compounds which cause ~’ but ‘compounds which are known to cause ~’. I assume that txoglitazone is a typo for troglitazone. So my proposed translation of the relevant section (薬剤誘起性肝障害を引き起こすことが既知な化合物であるacetaminophenとtxoglitazoneの[14^]標識体を用いて) is as follows: “by using labelled acetaminophen and troglitazone[14^], compounds which are known to cause drug-induced liver injury,” I’m not going to comment on the rest of the paragraph as I’m not a specialist. |
