for use when

Explanation:
I would translate " for use when rush of blood to the head along with stiff shoulder" , though it may slightly very based on original complete Japanese sentence.

Example sentence(s):
  • [配置用]のぼせを伴う肩こり
  • for use when rush of blood to the head along with stiff shoulder

Reference information:
I'm not sure if this type of household medicine lease system is available outside of Japan or it is still available in Japan. I'm old enough to remember that each year a sales person came back to restock the 'medicine box' which was left with us (配置箱) with the first-aid kit and other household medicines. We only paid what we used, or a restocking fee. Oh, this isn't prescription drug. Good luck!

  -> Never come up with 'consignment' myself! Though I know of consignment stores in the States... Come to think of it they are both run based on trust or honesty, aren't they? Thank you!
