Kashiwabayashi Tatsuo Explanation: Darby is right about the third character being Chinese. If you're 100% sure that this is a Japanese person's name, then the equivalent should be 龍雄, or Tatsuo. 柏林 means Berlin in Chinese and is not a common Japanese surname, so you could very well be dealing with Chinese. |
