Japanese term or phrase: パカリン
Does anyone know whether this substance is listed anywhere in English? It is an ingredient in cosmetics and is an extract of the plant Ogon 黄ゴン sometimes used in Chinese medicine and also producing Orgonin.

English translation:baicalin
Explanation:
The English for 黄ゴン is Scutellaria root. I know baicalin does not quite correspond with パカリン, but it is the nearest word I have been able to find. I'm pretty confident that this is the word you're looking for. Perhaps the katakana version is corrupted?
