具体的にはいわゆる町内会のような組織ですよね。organizationというと「きっちり体系だった組織」みたいなニュアンスが出てしまい、ちょっと大げさになるので、それよりもゆるいassociationで。マンションの管理組合なんかもassociationと呼ばれるようです。
