agree  Mari_R_: 的 makes the noun before 的 an adjective clause modifying the noun after的. 自由権的 (Adjective Cluase)+ 権利 (Noun). As Nishigaki-san mentioned, it is redundant.

細かいことなのですが・・・。

ここに言われている「自由権的権利」は、「自由権」に該当しない権利も含む、ということを暗示しているのではないか思います（社会権についても同様です）。「自由権的な性格を有する権利」の意味ではないでしょうか。「自由権」にあたる権利についてだけ述べたのであれば、単に「自由権」とされるはずと思うからです。

どうでもいいことかもしれませんが、個人的に主張しておきたかったので。。。

neutral  Minoru Kuwahara: i suppose they may refer to "any kinds of rights defined as 自由権 and 社会権" which are somewhat deviated from the definitions Nakamura-san explains above. But i know it is a little literal as translations. -
