Near pin? Is this another golfing term?

English translation:"closest to the pin contest" or "KP"
Explanation:
This is a contest that happens during golf tournaments where the person who gets the closest to the pin on a tee shot wins a prize. I don't think it's possible for "no one" to win this, so I imagine in your document the 全員 is referring to a subset of people within the tournament?

Thank you Claire, Aya San, Calum for all your answers. BTW, according to a friend who loves golfing, they decided who won the closest to the pin contest by drawing circle close to the pin, and whoever managed to land the ball inside the circle, he or she wins. If two balls are inside the circle, then they will see whose is the closest to the pin, and if no balls landed in the circle, then nobody wins. Golf sounds like fun!

near the pin

Explanation:
My guess would be that this means nobody got near the pin. Or perhaps nobody got onto the green.
Another interpretation might be that none of the group concerned got closest to the pin out of all of those that were playing.
Just a guess though.
