Buttonhole machine Explanation: It seems that ねりis for ねりボタン(resin button) and 穴機 is for ボタンホール穴機(or maybe 穴器). Anyway, in the clothes making process, the holes you have to make are mainly buttonholes. So the complete term would be "Buttonhole machien for resin button" but, depending on the context of your translation, "for resin button" will maybe not be recessary.
