English translation:pantheon cum trichoro
Explanation:
The spelling must be corrected (as with sibe instead of sibi, I suspect), this is documented in several mentions of this inscription in epigraphy books that can be found online.
In addition to "temple of all the gods", pantheon can mean "sculpture of several gods".
trichorum is a "house of three rooms", so either the sarcophagus has three lodges in it plus a sculpture of several gods or it is a whole edicule, complete with mini-sanctuary to all the gods and space to bury the husband, Septimia Severina herself and a third person.
