Explanation:
Why would you think that "M. haemorrhoidalis" is hemorrhoids? It doesn't make sense. It could be middle rectal artery (from Latin arteria haemorrhoidalis media). Not sure what SI means. Might have to do something with sigmoid and together indicating the area covered or reviewed.
