  -> Na, šiuo atveju 80 %, be to, prašyta „bendrovę valdo" -- turi valdymo teises. Kas dėl >50 %, daugeliu atvejų tai tiesa, bet svarbiausia turėti valdymo teises (pvz. Williams turėjo 33 % valdantįjį akcijų paketą)
