Vietoj kolegos "public procurement" pasiūlysiu "public tender", nes būtent šitaip ES verčia viešuosius pirkimus. Tik neaišku, ar tai, apie ką kalba klausėja, yra priskiritna viešiesiems pirkimamas. Na bet, gal geriau taip, nei kurti kokius nors nesančius terminus kaip state orders ar governmental orders. |
