Respond to an appeal Explanation: Apeliacinio skundo nagrinėjimo tvarkos apraše nurodomas toks punktas: I am a Respondent to an appeal. Do I have to file a skeleton argument? Tai analogiškai galima būtų įvardinti "respond to an appeal". Kiti galimi variantai galbūt galėtų būti "to address Appellant's arguments" ar "to file a Respondent's Notice". https://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/rcj-rolls-building/court-of-appeal/civil-division/questions-and-answers |
