Ypač tas "brand leader" atrodo visai ne į temą, juk čia vargu ar apie populiariausią prekių ženklą kalbama. O "substantial intra-individual variability" čia gal turima omeny "žymus preparato koncentracijų kintamumas kraujyje"? Bet tada kaip suprasti, kad jis yra svarbus "kintančioms ciklosporino koncentracijoms kraujyje", tai juk iš esmės yra tas pats. Bet gal aš ne taip suprantu.
