disagree  The LT>EN Guy: No, I wouldn't say "reimbursed". These medicines are (partially) compensated at the time of purchase. You do not need to pay for them (in full) and then seek a refund (which would be reimbursement).

  -> Actually, in LT 'kompensuojamųjų vaistų sąrašas' is called 'the reimbursement list', o 'kompensavimo lygiai' - 'reimbursement levels'. From what I've seen so far, the same applies to a number of other countries.

Explanation:
The prices are not necessarily "basic" in the usual sense (i.e. cheap). Also, "basic prices" and "base prices" are terms for economic concepts, so perhaps better avoided, lest they be understood as such. (Otherwise, I would favor "base prices"). "Reference prices" gives some hits on Google, though, perhaps not of the very finest quality.
