Se forklaring. Explanation: In Norway, employers are required by law to deduct some 10% of your salary to set aside as payment for your mandatory vacation, and "feriepengegrunnlaget" would then be the amount of your salary earned by a certain given day that should be used to calculate the 10% vacation pay from. previous year's taxable income before tax Explanation: The term means the amount on the basis of which your holiday pay is calculated. For instance, your taxable income in 2000 forms the basis of the holiday pay you receive in June 2001. |
