connection fitting Explanation: The extractor pump will need to be removed regularly for maintenance so it needs a semi-permanent base or bracket at the bottom of the space which fills with water, to which it is connected and through which, by means of a non-return valve, it draws water out of that space. There are good illustrations in the references, but I have not been able to find a good English reference yet.
