samskyldner ansvar joint and several surety liability Explanation: Including the ansvar bit and, though comparing with another lingo is a fraught business, cf. Gesamtschuldner in DE: jointly AND severally liable debtor. Per's version does square with R. Craig's Kontrakstrett entry at p. 97 = co-debtor.
