Or "mistaken payment case" if you like. I'm not sure of any particular English term that is consistently used in this context. I worked for a bank that referred to money going into the wrong account simply as mistaken deposits, incorrect routing, etc; it varied according to what exactly happened (fraud, customer error, bank error). Also, Norwegian tends to make a new word by putting together two or three other words. There is not always a direct translation, so this is a guess!
