Norwegian term or phrase: med bestående av
I understand the use of "med" by itself and the use of "bestående av" by itself. But for the life of me, I'm befuddled by: "Portfølje av X med bestående av minimum 70% AAA og resten AA . . ."

Another example from a different context: "Hvis planen til X lykkes, kan Y og Z være i ferd med å bygge opp en nordisk tv-gigant med bestående av både tv-kanaler og tv-distribusjon."

I thought initially it was an overlooked error, until I saw it a couple of times in my source and then elsewhere on the 'Net.

Explanation:
Could also be "basis," "contents," "starting point" or "framework" before the second comma depending on the sentence you are using it in. "Basis" may work better for the second sentence.

The phrase may not score high in terms of correct Norwegian grammar, but google searches for those three words together hit both Swedish and Norwegian sentences and several thousand of them at that.
