Norwegian to English translations [PRO]

Norwegian term or phrase: slassum(men)
"Vik kommune førehandsselde kraftinntektene for ein 10 års periode i 200 l og la slassummen i fanget på Terra Securities." I can't tell whether this is a typo or some hyperlocal dialect usage peculiar to a certain western locale. (Yes, I know it's nynorsk.) In any event, I've found no other uses or references that are of help. If it's an obvious typo, just put me out of my misery without too much pain, please. :-)
