Property Savings for Young People Explanation: boligsparing (BSU) is is a savings scheme in Norway for people up to the age of 34. It is intended that the money saved is used for the purchase of their first property and tax incentives are given. The scheme can only be availed of once. If the money saved is not used to buy property, the money saved on taxes has to be repaid.
