Indictment count/paragraph Explanation: This is not my area of expertise, so someone else might provide a better answer. Anyway, in an indictment in Norway we seperate the charges into several parts. A tiltalepunkt is one of these. I'll attach a link to site where it says more about this, it seems that they use the term indictment count or paragraph in the US. Hope this is of any help.
