mercantile employee/staff Explanation: Maybe this will help. "Mercantile staf" is OK to use for "merkantilt personell. "Medarbeider" is frequently translated to "co-worker", "collegue", etc. But in Norway "medarbeider" has also the meaning of a worker who is employed, in Norwegian often "tilsatt". -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 6 hrs (2017-01-30 09:45:27 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Sorry for omitting an "f" here.
