Innarbeiding Explanation: "Innarbeiding" - in this case, means that you have worked overtime and either will get to take ut out as time off ("avspasering") or if not able to take out all of the hours in lieu, then you will get it paid ut (up to 40 hours, in January next year) The rest of your hours (over 40 hours will be deleted) There is also another use for the word "innarbeiding", and that is if you need a day off. You can make an arrangement with your colleague, for you to swap shifts, they take your shift and you take their shift at a set date. Then both you and your colleague get a normal monthly salary but you do have to work an extra shift later in time without payment. |
