I think 'tariff' refers either to the 'benefit' or to the 'contribution', so it's referring to either the 'defined benefit' or 'defined contribution' aspect of this particular pension. Group pension plan set forth in collective wage agreement Explanation: This is a term that has sprung out of the over-unionized Norwegian labor market, and it is hard to translate to a language in a system with more labor freedom. However, I do believe that the above term is a good translation of the term. |
