This is not the established term in Norwegian. Does anyone know what is, or what the English-language equivalent is?

"kodeforvalters endringer i leveransen".

Asker: As the others pointed out, it seems odd to call a person a "kodeforvalter". I've raised this with the client but not sure if I'll get any feedback.
