land register unit or parcel Explanation: "eining" is "totality, unit" in Haugen's Norwegian-English Dictionary "matrikkel" is translated differently depending on where the land is. So "matrikkeleining" could be cadastral unit, land register unit, public record unit, parcel, etc. |

public abstract class Explanation: "You own the system, you get to name its components." It appears that Statens kartverk -- Sentral matrikkelstyremakt is using "public abstract class" for "matrikkelenhet." See my link below. So, "matrikkeleining" = "matrikkelenhet" = "public abstract class". The URL for my attempted reference link below is too long for ProZ.com, so here it is in its entirety: https://www.test.matrikkel.no/oppdateringapi_v2/docs/api/no/... https://www.test.matrikkel.no/oppdateringapi_v2/docs/api/no/statkart/matrikkel/eksternapi/oppdatering/v2/modell/matrikkelenhet/Matrikkelenhe |

separate index map (land survey) entry Explanation: The words following the term suggest a type of tenure i.e. the way the land is held, rather than a unit, plot or 'tenement'. Cadastal register is a land survey or, in the UK, the index map based on the Ordnance Survey. Example sentence(s):
