Følgende opplysninger om tiltakshaver og den omsøkte organisme skal omfattes av søknaden:
The following information about the originator and the applied organism shall be included by the application:

Søknad om utsetting skal i tillegg også inneholde informasjon om hvor og hvor stort areal (dekar) søknaden gjelder, kartfesting av den omsøkte utsettingen, samt eventuelt kjente tilgrensede eller nærliggende forekomster av den omsøkte organisme.
Applications regarding release shall also include information about where and how large an area (acres) the application applies to, mapping of the applied release, as well as any known adjacent or nearby deposits of the applied organism.

As you can see, so far I've been going with "applied" as a temporary term, but I'm hardly satisfied with it.
